RETURN POLICY
- Collect Dead After Purchase (DAP) certificate from nearest SAMSUNG Customer Care within 7 days from delivery date (not applicable for color mismatch)
- Fill-up the Return Form (available here)
We will inform you about the product return arrangement and inspection to your closest SAMSUNG outlet. Note by, all steps must be completed within 7 (seven) days from delivery.
2. Conditions for returning a product
- All product return procedure steps must be completed within 7 days of delivery.- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged box along with all the accessories included inside or outside the box (main set, data cable, travel adaptor, ejection pin, USB connector, micro USB connector, stereo headset, S-Pen, S-Pen Account, Case, including gifts etc.).
- When returning a Product, Serial Number at the box and Purchase Order Copy is required.
- We do not cover faults caused by misuse, neglect, physical damage, software tampering, self-repairs and liquid damage such faults will be verified by SAMSUNG Customer Care before issuing the DAP certificate.
- Products sold on our website are intended for domestic use only and are not for commercial use or resale.
- For color mismatch consumer need to check ordered color matching with box label color mentioned in the box. Once the box is opened, color mismatch product cannot be returned.
3. Return reasons
a) Defective Product or Dead After Purchase(DAP)
- Products can be returned to us within 7 days after delivery, if there is any defect in the delivered product, Serial Number and IMEI Number verification will be applicable. Consumer needs to collect DAP certificate from the nearest SAMSUNG Customer Care.
b) Color Mismatch
- After delivery products can be returned to delivery man if the box label color mismatches the ordered color. Please remember, box need to be intact in such return. Opened box claim in such scenario will not be accepted.
- Products can be returned if box label color mismatches device color within the box. In such scenario open box claims will be accepted after verification of Serial Number and IMEI Number.
Failing to comply with this returning condition of the Products, we have a right to refuse exchange/return. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the Product and verify the fault.
